In 2023, after 30+ years in the corporate world, I walked away from my executive role and into a new mission — helping professional women in midlife understand their bodies and use science-backed lifestyle tools to restore hormonal balance, improve metabolic health, and regulate the nervous system — so they can feel vibrant, cognitively sharp, and ready for anything! You know, more like themselves again.

For years, I was doing it all — leading at work, raising a family, and caring for everyone else, including helping my young son through a long health journey. The pressure was relentless. So I worked even harder to keep it together, until my body made it clear: something had to change.

Perimenopause was my wake-up call — the start of my own transformation—and healing for my son. I learned how deeply our hormones, nervous system, and metabolism are connected… and how the right lifestyle tools can change everything. I only wish I had known sooner.
